What is the process and what to expect?
– Login to your employee EHS site
– Schedule your appointment
– Receive confirmation email with a Zoom link
How many visits do I get?
Your company has pre-paid for you to receive one visit a month.
What if I need more than one visit in the same month?
If you have used your pre-paid visit for the month, you have the option to pay for your own visit through the concierge service.
What about my spouse or other family member?
Your spouse or family member has the option to be seen through the concierge service.
What about my child?
At this time, we are not seeing patients under the age of 18.
Can I request the same doctor?
Yes, we will try to accommodate your request.
